Time-Based Locking on Inventory Edits

We have added an option to implement an expiration date for any edits made to vehicles in inventory!

When an edit is made to a vehicle’s information, you can now set a date & time for the edit to expire. The field will stay locked until that date/time, ignoring updates from the feed, after which it will go back to updating with the rest of the feed. Read More

Local Business Schema Update

We now have the ability to customize both the logo and the image for the local business structured data, in most cases “Auto Dealer” Schema. Go to Dealer Info>SEO and you will see an option for linked data schema logo and linked data schema image. You can now copy urls to those two items to properly output them. If no image or logo is provided we will default to the manufacturer logo, because these images are both required for proper local business structured data an image MUST be provided. Eventually these images will most likely populate the Rich Cards, which we are already seeing in use for other businesses utilizing proper structured data.

Introducing Our New Leads Screen!

We’re pretty excited about this one! We completely revamped the Leads screen in the CMS!

  • Brand new user interface!
  • Click on any lead to view the details for that lead.
  • You’ll see a checkmark next to fully completed credit apps.
  • There is now a text box to search leads, and you can filter by any field.

Update to Lead Destination Email Requirements

We modified the requirements for lead destination emails so that only one valid email address is required per section. (All fields used to be required). Going forward, as long as ADF and text each have one valid email, all fields are no longer required to be filled out. We made this update to accommodate customer who do not wish to receive ADF emails for certain types of leads such as parts (wanting to receive only text leads).
