For Toyota dealers in the SET region, we are pleased to announce that integration with the Pooled Inventory feed has been completed! This is now available for display on your website at no charge, and features the following:
In-Transit/”Pooled” Inventory – The amount of vehicles shown here can be adjusted, and is specified by “days out”. This can be set anywhere from 1 to 5 days, with 1 showing the fewest vehicles and 5 showing all available pooled inventory.
Pricing – Contains MSRP for each vehicle in inventory.
Accessories – Accessory name, code, and image type available for each individual VIN in inventory from the feed.
Additional/Supplemental vehicle data – This includes the following fields:
- Dealer Cost- Invoice Price
- Stock Image Address – Stock photos from Toyota
- Exterior Color Code
- Exterior Color Name
- Stock Number
- Port Image Address – one actual photo
- Grade – Trim
- Online Price – Internet Price
- Delivery Date
- Model Year – Year
- Interior Color Name
- Interior Color Code
- Model Description – Model and Trim
- Make
- MSRP
- Type
- VIN
Please keep in mind, this data is supplemental to your existing inventory feed – not a replacement. We have added a field to the credit application that requires the customer to fill in their Employer’s address. This new field is located directly below the Employer name field. Read More
We have added an option to implement an expiration date for any edits made to vehicles in inventory!
When an edit is made to a vehicle’s information, you can now set a date & time for the edit to expire. The field will stay locked until that date/time, ignoring updates from the feed, after which it will go back to updating with the rest of the feed. Read More
We have added swipe functionality to the homepage banners, so that visitors to your site can swipe to scroll through your banner lineup. This functionality is available on mobile, tablet, and touchscreen laptops/desktops.
No settings need to be changed in the CMS to enable this; it is a platform-wide upgrade.
Responsive layout options for staff page are available as versions 1 & 2. Version one is the square picture option, Version 2 is the circular picture.
The staff page is able to be accessed by logging in to the CMS and navigating to Content -> Edit Staff Page. Once on that page, the layout options can be found by clicking into Change Page Settings.
