Page Navigation Re-Ordering Update

By | Feature / Release | No Comments

You may have noticed a new button at the top of the Site Content Page:

Re-Order All Button

The new button will open up the following page, allowing you to drag and drop pages not only within the section they were created under, but to other sections as well!

Re-Ordering Page

Not only can you change the order of the pages, you can also add or remove section headings (items that show up on the navigation bar of your site) by simply checking or unchecking the box to the left of the page title.

Note: The three dots on the right-hand side change the cursor when hovering over to show that drag and drop functionality exists, but you can click anywhere on a line to drag it around, not just on the dots.

To summarize:

What is changing

  1. The new popup will include all sections and pages, not just one section.
  2. Pages can be moved between sections with the greatest of ease.
  3. Section headings can be designated or removed by clicking the checkbox in the “Section Header” column of the new popup.

What is not changing

  1. Drag and Drop functionality will still be present in the re-ordering popup
  2. Initially the old section re-ordering controls will remain active in the CMS until we are sure everything needed is included and working in the new controls. Once we are certain everything is working as it should be, the old controls will be phased out/cleaned up

Expanded Stock Photo Library

By | Feature / Release | No Comments

In our ongoing effort to improve how you display and advertise inventory on your website, we now have three different types of photo libraries available for use!

Expanded:

These photos are trim specific, dating back as far as 2001. 2001-2009 photos will have at least three angles, and 2010-2018 will have 17-21 angles, including interior shots

Color:

This category is color and trim specific. There will be three main angles, and a date range from 2010-2018

PressKit:

OEM provided images, such as driving shots or promotional type photos with real backgrounds, or OEM images that have been modified to look like studio shots. We have at least one angle for years 1992-2015, and multiple angles/settings for 2016-2018
